This is how our bonus program works:

Create a Purrfect-Pets account Log in to our website and create a Purrfect-Pets account. As soon as you are a registered customer, you will automatically receive access to the bonus program and as a welcome gift we will give you 10 Purrfect-Pets points for your first order.

Collect points Collect Purrfect-Pets points with every purchase! For each 1.00 SFr. Order value receives 1 Purrfect-Pets point. But that is not all! We also regularly offer special promotions where you can collect additional points.

Redeem rewards From your second order onwards, you can convert your collected Purrfect-Pets points into attractive rewards. Simply select your favorite reward and add it to your shopping cart.
Collecting points is so easy: For every 1.00 SFr. You will receive one Purrfect-Pets point for your order value. For amounts with decimal places, we round from 0.50 SFr. (for example: an order worth 9.30 SFr. gives 9 points, an order worth 9.80 SFr. gives 10 points).
Exclusive promotions for even more points: Look forward to exciting promotions and offers where you can collect extra Purrfect-Pets points. These special opportunities will be announced on our website and in our newsletter so that you can achieve your desired reward even faster.
Crediting of Purrfect-Pets points: As soon as your order has been paid for in full and recorded in our system, the Purrfect-Pets points will be credited to your account. Please note that for technical reasons, incoming payments will only be displayed approximately one day after they have been posted to your account.
Note on credit for invoice corrections: If the invoice amount of your order is reduced (for example due to returns or other adjustments), Purrfect-Pets points will only be credited for the partial amount actually paid.
