2. WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

3. HOW SECURE IS MY ONLINE ORDER?
When you shop online with your credit card, all your details are entered on an SSL secured website. Your information is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and the transaction are authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.
4. ARE THERE ANY EXCHANGE RATES?
All our transactions are carried out in euros. If your credit card is denominated in another currency, the total amount of your order will be calculated at the exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
5. HOW DO I SET MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Because our website and service are in German, all information you enter must be in German.
6. CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
Please note that your shipping address cannot be changed once the order has been processed or shipped. Please update your shipping address to your home address or to the preferred destination for the ordered product.
7. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE AND HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
The delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose. Once the order has been shipped, we will email you your tracking number and tracking website. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country.
