You can revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without giving reasons by returning the products. The set deadline starts after you receive the product.
You can find out more detailed information about when an item can be returned here. Please be sure to contact our customer service before returning an item.
RETURN POLICY
Please understand that we cannot always take items back. You can return items you ordered to us within 14 days of receipt. After checking the returned items, we will refund the purchase price. Unfortunately, once the 14 days have been exceeded, we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.
To receive a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
Every return must be announced in advance to the returns portal ( https://www.purrfect-pets.com/apps/17TRACK) or by email ( support@purrfect-pet s. ch ). Please do not send your return to our suppliers or the address of the sender of your deliveries.

Here are our return and refund conditions:
RETURNING A NON-DEFECTIVE, UNUSED ITEM:
- Originally packaged, undamaged product
- The items were received a maximum of 14 days ago
- Checking the condition in our warehouse
- Full refund (100%) of the purchase price
NO REFUND:
- Product is in damaged original packaging
- Used products
- Products without original packaging
- Included accessories are missing
- Opened consumables
- Return period has expired
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return.
Once we accept your return, you will automatically receive a credit to your credit card or your original payment method within 10 days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Please also contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

SHIPPING RETURNS

You currently have to pay the shipping costs for your returns to Purrfect-Pets yourself. Shipping costs for your deliveries will not be reimbursed.
TECHNICAL DEFECT
Please let us know if a device has a technical defect during or after the warranty period. We will help you with a repair order or a replacement item.
WRONG PRODUCT
In exceptional cases it can happen that we accidentally send the wrong item. Please first check carefully whether the product delivered really does not correspond to one of the items you actually ordered. If you are sure that you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately.
TRANSPORT DAMAGE
A smooth transport of your order to your home is very important to us. Despite all efforts, goods can be damaged in transit. We ask for your understanding. Please contact our support if you have received a damaged item.
Return policy for personalized items: Personalized items can only be returned if the item arrives defective or incorrect.
